Lemon Pudding Pie
Lemon Pudding Pie, is the easiest pie to make and takes very few ingredients. The pie is so creamy and very flavorful with a fresh lemon flavor. Just a little while in the refrigerator and it is ready to serve. I love having the ingredients for this pie on hand. It is a real go to dessert. It is a great recipe to serve for any occasion.

How To Make Lemon Pudding Pie
Whisk together the dry pudding , milk, and frozen topping.
Spoon the pie filling into a prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped topping and lemon slices.

Lemon Pudding Pie
The easiest pie to make and takes very few ingredients. The pie is so creamy and very flavorful with a fresh lemon flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust
- 1(3.4 ounce) instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen topping, thawed
- 1 lemon sliced for garnish
- 4 ounces frozen topping, thawed for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, and milk until the pudding mix is completely dissolved. When the pudding is setting up then add 1-8 ounce container of the thawed whipped topping. Whisk the ingredients until completely combined.
- Spoon the pie filling into the pie shell. Refrigerate at least two hours.
- Garnish with the 4 ounces of thawed whipped topping and the lemon slices.
- Refrigerate any left overs.
This flavorful pie is ready to serve.
