Oven Baked Blueberry Skillet Pancake
Our Oven Baked Blueberry Skillet Pancake is a very special pancake. This recipe is easy to put together and is baked in the oven. We love our pancakes here at the cottage and this is a great way to serve them. The pancake is filled with delicious fresh blueberries and topped off with confectioners sugar dusting. This has become of the most requested pancake for friends and family, especially for our Saturday morning brunch special's!

Hi Slabs,
DeleteI have not tried any other container for the cakes, however I think you could use any heavy 10 inch baking dish, skillet or pan. Thanks so much for stopping by and happy cooking!
